To enroll your child in Green-Oak
Preschool, you must pay a $30 registration fee for one child or $50 for two children. Also
you must complete a registration form that contains enrollment and health information that
is required by rule 5101: 2-12-37 of the Administrative Code. Please make your check payable to Green-Oak
